By accessing, browsing, or using OUP TV—including ouptv.ru, www.ouptv.ru, m.ouptv.ru, desktop.ouptv.ru, and passport.ouptv.ru (collectively, the "Service")—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and OUP TV.

2. Health and Safety Warning

Photosensitivity and Seizure Warning: The Service provides access to video content and live broadcasts which may contain flashing lights, strobe effects, or specific patterns. A small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. We are not responsible for the consequences.

• If you or anyone in your household has an epileptic condition, consult a physician before using the Service.

• Immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or any involuntary movement.

General Well-being: To ensure your health while using our streaming platform, we recommend taking regular breaks, maintaining a proper distance from the screen, and using the Service in a well-lit environment.

3. Description of Service

OUP TV is a streaming aggregation and access platform. We provide an interface for users to view media content via embedded players and third-party technologies. OUP TV does not host the video content directly but provides a gateway to streams hosted on external platforms.

4. Access and Authentication

• No Direct Registration: OUP TV does not provide direct user registration. Access is granted exclusively through PRC (Provider’s Registration Code) or third-party authentication services (Yoo ID, GlobalMedia Press Card / ID).

• Intermediary Role: You acknowledge that your PRC is issued by an independent service provider. OUP TV is not responsible for the issuance, billing, or management of these codes.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PRC and password. Any activity under your authenticated session is your responsibility.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

Our Service integrates third-party widgets and players, including but not limited to YouTube, VK Video, RuTube, and OK Live.

• External Terms: By viewing content via these players, you are also bound by the respective Terms of Service of those platforms.

• Availability: We do not guarantee the availability of any specific stream. Content may be removed or blocked by the original hosting platform at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any local or international law.

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the passport.ouptv.ru authentication system.

• Use automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to harvest data from the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The visual interface and design of OUP TV are the property of OUP TV. All video content and trademarks displayed via embedded players belong to their respective owners. OUP TV claims no ownership over third-party media content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." OUP TV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RELIABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY STREAMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUP TV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
